Right of withdrawal

Information on returns application of the right of withdrawal provided for by Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 No. 185, implementing Directive 97/7/EC issued by the European Union relating to the protection of consumers in relation to distance contracts. This right consists of the right to return the purchased good to the seller and the consequent reimbursement of the purchase price. The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. Purchases made from retailers and companies are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending, within fourteen working days, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address: HAMRADIOSHOP di V. Dino Tersigni VIA FONTECUPA, 15 03035 FONTANA LIRI (FR) ITALY. The refund excludes transport costs (both for sending and returning the goods) . An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the return of the purchased products in good condition. All returned products must be carefully packaged in order to protect the original packaging from any damage, writing or affixing of labels. Shipping - until receipt is certified in our warehouse - is under the complete responsibility of the customer. HAMRADIOSHOP is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. The refund takes place in approximately 30 days. To obtain a refund, the original receipt or tax receipt must be sent back together with the goods. HAMRADIOSHOP will, after receiving the goods and verifying their condition, refund the amount due via the payment method chosen by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances. The right of withdrawal is totally lost - due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents) - in cases where HAMRADIOSHOP ascertains: - Even partial use of the goods and any consumables; - The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging; - The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc....); - Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport. In the cases indicated above, HAMRADIOSHOP Radiotelecommunications will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender. Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
