QO-100
Bullseye TCXO LNB
This is a TCXO stabilized LNB for the
QO-100 amateur geostationary satellite and other Ku-band satellites. Product
from Othernet. The standard LNBs used for QO-100 require modifications to be made
to the circuit since the crystal must be replaced with a TCXO to avoid drifts
of frequency. The Bullseye LNB comes with a highly stable TCXO which has
an offset of less than 10 kHz even in outdoor conditions.
The Bullseye
LNB is the most accurate and stable DTH/consumer Ku-band down converter
in the world. Even a VSAT LNBF that costs hundreds of dollars more can't compete
with the performance of the Bullseye 10K LNB. Each unit is factory calibrated within
1 kHz absolute accuracy compared to a GPS-locked spectrum analyzer.
In outdoor conditions, the stability of the LNB is well within 10 kHz offset. As
bonus feature, the Bullseye 10K provides access to its internal TCXO at 25
MHz via the secondary F connector. This reference output can be
used to directly monitor TCXO performance over time.
NOTE:
requires a 12-19V bias T power injector, the 4.5V bias T of the
V3 is NOT for this LNB. 11.5 - 14 V enables vertical polarization and 16 -
19V enables horizontal polarization.
