ECO ANTENNAS DELTA LOOP 20 METERS - tri-band wire loop

DELTA-40HP is a full wave loop designed to operate on 20 m (14 MHz) and 10 m (28 MHz) without an ATU and other bands with an ATU.

There is a 4:1 balun at the feed point that allows you to power it directly with a 50 ohm coaxial cable - RG-213 or Mini 8 are probably the best, but other 50 ohm coaxial cables can also be used.

The loop comes complete with three insulators to provide anchor points. It can be mounted horizontally or vertically.

It can also be configured as a square (Quad) or an equilateral triangle (Delta).

DELTA configuration.
Configured as a delta loop or equilateral triangle, if arranged horizontally it will be good for short/medium distance contacts. Self vertical, or near vertical will provide optimal low angular radiation for long-range DX in the direction of the loop (looking straight ahead). In this configuration it gains 2.8dBd.

FULL WAVE QUAD LOOP If placed horizontally, it is useful for NVIS, and makes money 2.8dBd in the vertical direction.

Configured at a 45 degree slope it will provide low angle DX.
